At Open Minds Campus, learning is an adventure. Our journey began when my eldest son moved through several schools, and through our experiences, we realised that children thrive when their curiosity and interests guide their learning. Around the same time, I was involved in a community-based school, gaining firsthand experience in teaching and education. These experiences, together with our family’s decision to begin homeschooling, inspired the vision for Open Minds Campus - a place where students can explore their passions, follow their curiosity, and grow with confidence and independence. Here, children are encouraged to make choices, take responsibility for their learning, think critically, communicate effectively, and develop empathy for others.

From these beginnings, we also established an educational book publishing and distribution company, providing high-quality learning resources—including Singapore Maths books—further deepening our understanding of how education can empower young people. We follow the British curriculum because I love academics and want students to enjoy the rigour and challenge of learning while still having the freedom to explore their own paths. This balance allows students to develop strong academic foundations alongside independence, creativity, and self-confidence.

All of this shaped the dream of creating a campus that prepares students not just academically, but for life. At Open Minds Campus, students learn to collaborate across ages, embrace challenges, and cultivate resilience and curiosity. We guide them to become lifelong learners, confident in their abilities, and ready to navigate the world with purpose. Tutoring and mentoring has always been a passion, and bringing this campus to life has been the fulfillment of a lifelong dream: a place where education inspires, equips, and transforms young lives.
